There are no parties/celebrations allowed. • No pets • Follow quiet hours • Recycle and dispose trash • Be mindful of others living in the area • No littering • Clean up after yourself • No fire works/explosives • Late check out fee ($75 every 30 minutes past 11am) • Lost Mail key will result in a $200 fee • Be respectful of the property and apartment • Leave things the way you found it • No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana or other drugs anytime anywhere on or in the property ($1000 Smoking fee) ★ Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. Your reservation may be canceled immediately or you will be charged a $75 fee. ★ We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. ★ The security system which includes the doorbell camera and smoke detector as well as the WiFi equipment are there for your safety and comfort, tampering with or disabling the security system and those items is a violation of house rules and will result in an immediate cancelation of the reservation. ★ Any of the above rules being violated may incur charges and/or immediate cancellation of your reservation.
